Brief History
Keith Rose Engineering was founded by myself, Keith Rose, in Dunham-On-Trent, Nottinghamshire in 1987. I started by manufacturing car trailers, feed equipment and cattle barriers after completing a course in Mechanical Engineering.
Where We Started and Where We Are
- 1991Clatt, Aberdeenshire
Four years later in 1991, after outgrowing the premises occupied, I decided, along with my family, to relocate in Scotland where I rented premises in Clatt, Aberdeenshire to continue the production of feed equipment and to begin the manufacture of agricultural trailers.
- 1995Purpose-Built Premises
In 1995 I moved to new larger, purpose built, premises and continued to supply the agricultural market with purpose built trailers and feed equipment for modern farming. At this point in time my two children, Sarah and Keith, began to get involved in the business.
How We Work
All equipment is designed to function well within its environment, give a long life expectancy and give an efficient use of materials.
Our aim has always been to provide the customer with good quality and value for money.
We are a family run business based in Clatt, Aberdeenshire. Specialists in high-speed and 'purpose built' trailers to individual specifications and requirements.
We created all of our designs to function in the best way possible, using all of our knowledge gained living within a farming community. As we are a relatively small business we can deal with every job individually.
